Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you'd like to return your product, you're welcome to do so within 7 working days from the date of delivery or collection. Kindly note that return courier costs would need to be covered by you. Once we receive the item, please allow up to 5-7 working days for us to process your refund via EFT – it may take a little time for the funds to reflect in your bank account. If you received free delivery on your order, the cost of delivery will be deducted off your refund (excluding defective products/incorrect orders).
To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition and packaging, as we’re only able to accept items that are suitable for resale.
If you’ve received a product that is defective or not what you ordered, we’re here to help. Please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order, and send us a few clear photographs so we can understand the issue. Once we've reviewed the situation, we’ll work with you to arrange collection if needed and make sure you're refunded appropriately.
Damages and issues
We kindly ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, a defect, or receive an incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 24 hours so we can take care of it promptly.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please send us a few photos along with a brief description of the problem. Once we've reviewed the information, we’ll guide you through the next steps and may arrange to collect the product and its packaging from your location. A refund will then be processed accordingly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items, such as personalised or custom-made products (including special orders), are unfortunately not eligible for return. If you’re unsure whether your item falls into this category, we’re more than happy to help - just reach out to us with your query.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to return the one you have. Once your return is confirmed, you’re welcome to place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
